Well, if I were testing the limits of traction and speed on the track, I would definitely want the Bosch stuff on my bike. But on the street, it's dangerous enough to ride at a decent pace, leaving at least 30% of traction available on wet and in turns. If you are going fast enough to need lean-angle traction/ABS control, you are going too fast on the street. But it is amazing technology:

You're 100% wrong. Learn about how it works before saying dangerously untrue things.

It came in handy last week at about 10mph as I was turning my corner (which is undergoing some construction, so there was some sand all around on the road surface) some dingbat lady on a bicycle didn't notice me and cut right in front of me, causing me to brake hard while I was turning. I may have gotten lucky had I not had the electronics, but I'm pretty sure they worked as advertised to allow me to miss her and stay upright.

Don't delude yourself that you can control everything. We don't live in a world where the rider controls everything- and that's when the electronics prove most valuable.

You won't find these trees in the Lehigh Valley and you sure as hell won't find them on 5th Avenue New York City. You might just have to travel to little Havana Cuba to find them!

Walter, you should have been a politician. If you actually believed the stuff you say, then you would NEVER get on a bike with insufficient brakes for the street (the 950 SE), and you certainly wouldn't by a 35 year old piece of technology and rocket around the neighborhood. You either believe in the safety of your electronics, or you don't. Sort of like rationalizing climate change and Texas floods out of the same mouth.

Anyway, back to tagging. Leon, great tag!:clap:clap

Was a beautiful day for a ride and tag collection. Between 65 and 72 all day, and only an occasional drizzle. Just have to have the proper rain gear with you!

Not the clearest photo, so if you can't read this and need a hint, this town's name is a unit of length equivalent to 201.168 meters.:D
