Alright, I give... Havasu ride postponed to some other time when more people are ready for it. We're going to head to Young for a day trip Saturday and I'm going to do a small bike ride Sunday.

Shugrue's gets high marks from a friend who stays in Havasu every summer for a week. When the ride is rescheduled, that may be a great place to go to.

What's this "or" stuff? :evil We can meet at the same time/same place. 8 a.m. Saturday, 4-Peaks staging area?

There's talk of a run up the back way to Crown King Sunday, probably returning through Ryland Creek. I suggested adding the Bradshaw trail or maybe some other trail in the area.

Do I need to resurrect the Monkey F'n a Football rally? :lol3

I haven't done it but it sounds fun! I would like to do more exploring up there on the smaller roads/trails this summer.

Punkin Center at 9:15-9:30 should work as long as we can make a relatively clean run across 4-Peaks.

That should work! Yes, going up 609. I'll be 2-up and with the huge mud ruts on 609 I might be taking it pretty easy. Don't need to aggravate my shoulder or elbow any further.

Could have been us (March 30th). We were on our 990 Adventure R heading to Crown King.

In case you haven't seen the change, we are headed to Young this weekend. The Havasu bomb run has been postponed for those with new bikes to set up and others who had scheduling conflicts.

If it gets to hard on you, Joy can always ride the truck through the ruts and get back on when it smooths out. I'm only going to have the dog in the back seat.
