Wonder at what temp tires start to melt?
Old Cazadero Rd. in Sonoma County, California.
Was this photoshoped?! If not, that's freakin hilarious!
Found this one on a single lane road in Scotland (near Loch Awe). The bottom sign with the word locomotive struck me as strange!
I make sure I see that exact sign at least once a year.
I thought I would post these off of "pierresas" ride report becouse they are cool. http://www.photobiker.com/roadsigns/index.html Thanks for the great report of SA.
Southern Utah? Either way...sweet.
Still my personal favorite.
What's it say
I imagine that they are referring to steam traction engines. Did you see a lot of those clogging the roads in the area?
'Research' trip to Turakerae Head, Wellington
Which way to the Parthanon? (Wanganui River)
On the outskirts of Upper Hutt.
Saw this sign coming south on the west side of South Island. Those ever frugal and ingenious Kiwis saved money by building a one lane bridge for all traffic. Trucks, cars, motorcycles, and TRAINS. Don't think I'd need a sign to tell me to "GIVE WAY" to a locomotive coming across this bridge. Can you say right of way by gross tonnage?
