snapped a pic of this one as i was going past it...
its out on the Chumstick Hwy, between Plain and Leavenworth (a nice ride if your looking for some corners and farm country )
It turned out to mean "narrow winding road through a construction area with chunks of rock everywhere." I don't know who the ultras are but probably not the sort of people you'd want to know. Republica Srpska, Herzegovina.
