Downtown Seattle... it had been a long day, and we still had a party to go to (yeah, I fell asleep at the party, too.... )
70 is my starting point for getting out of bed
Looks nice. I hope to get up there one day.
Study Butte, TX... near Big Bend National Park
The furthest north gas station you can drive to in North America.

Here is a pic of me passing a gas station
Not exactly your typical adventure bike, but then again not your typical gas station either. Heck, it wasn't even open. I just can't resist a hand written sign with the words "Chuck Wagon" on it.
Note also the masking tape wrapped around the pumps. Good thing I didn't need gas!
I been there many times, great riding and scenery. Watch out for the rangers though, they don't like speeders.
Just noticed Whammo....Sleestack Avatar...Land of the Lost...Nice!
Two bikes, both nearly out of gas; we stopped at this totally random NHC (No Human Contact) gas station waay out in eastern Washington. We were both running on fumes from our looong, straight (fast!) dash out to Grand Coulee dam and back from Lake Chelan on farm roads. We were so glad to see these lonely gas pumps, but weren't sure we could even buy gas. Sho' nuff, insert magic plastic card and pump away -- not a soul, not a fence, not a power line in sight for miles around. Just lots of sky.
Marathon Shell, Florida Keys. I use the Shell mastercard which gives me a 5% rebate on premium at $3:60/gallon. The Bonneville returns 43mpg.
On a holidaytrip in Finland middle of the winter.
Bike just filled up with cold gas and on saddle also some cold beer for the evening.
Here is my pics. Station is in Lika country, near Otočac city, Central Croatia.

Refueling in Yuma. There always seems to be room to squeeze in a bike.
This joker was still there blocking the pumps for cars 10 minutes later...

More old-skool pumps in Alma New Mexico...
Do defunct gas stations count?
Just north of the NM/TX line.
Goldthwaite, ugh. I got the most BS ticket ever in that little town. Cop was tailgating me at 1am (I was on my way back home from Oregon and at the end of a 1,000 mile day) and I tapped my brakes just enough to get the light to come on hoping he would backoff a bit.
He cited me for reckless driving.
