This curious structure looks a smaller version of the Pantheon in Rome. Probably a special story is related to it. Other than that Velebit, Croatia, is a large natural park nothing conclusive found. But the Velebit mountain range had the same significance to the locals as Olympian range to Greeks and Fuji to Japan. Anyone from Croatia to enlighten us?

May is the month of the holy virgin. Tradition demands people to decorate chapels, or as is the case here shrines, with blue-white paper folded flowers. Only this month.
Shrines and chapels are always at sites considered sacred since pagan times, as here at the entrance of a haunted forest. Ok, I don't know, but ghouls and ghosts boosts the experience.
