    +1!!!

Good job on rescuing that boy and giving him a great home.
Kudos to you and the wife for hanging in there even after the bites.
Your kindness and understanding will be rewarded ten fold and be totally worth it.
Thanks for being a good person!!!

Glad you took the risk,,, and it's working out for everybody.
Difference between people and dogs, both might remember,,, but dogs WILL forgive.

He's not our first rescue but by far the toughest. I love the breakthrough moments. 18 years ago we took in a doberman mix. Hated men. She bit me in the car on the way home and the next day. I stayed away and just ignored her for a couple of weeks. Finally sitting in the exact place my current dog sat in my lap, she laid down next to me and I scratched her ears. Good(but never best) friends after that.

The best dog is a rescue dog!
I have two rescues now and I also foster and transport rescues.
    They make amazing pets.
Good on all of you for saving lives.
Good on you Matt for your patience.
You're proof that dogs can be saved even with a bad temperament.

Lost my girl 2 years ago- 15 years. Miss her every day.

I would like to find the previous owner and kick him in the nuts a few times!

    Line starts behind you?

Barley in the Badlands on our way from VT to OR. We covered 8800 miles in 24 days and he was the most perfect riding buddy I've ever had! :D At the end of this trip Barley had 41,000+ sidecar miles under his collar.
