So I started a thread asking who is going to the rod run here
    http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=453440

And my angel face of a wife wants to go too! Thats awsome I say so we are gonna camp. I don't like hotels, and since its the rod run the good ones that I could tolerate will be sold out. I am just staying one night so most cabins will require two nights, so thats out. I love camping and have yet to camp off the cbr, so this is my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Now I could go to any old campground and have a hay day, but I was hoping some fellow inmates have stayed up around there and could give me some pointers. I would like to trout fish sunday morning so maybe point me near a river. I don't have to stay in Pigeon forge but the closer the better.

    Thanks fellas and wimmins.

Why not head east into the Smoky's and camp there? Close, and that town is ugly.

Like I said I don't have to stay there, thats just where I'm headed saturday. I have never camped anywhere in that area... Only down in south east TN, North GA, and North east TN, SW VA.... Lol... I was hopin some folks had a certain place they liked alot that was biker friendly.

I totally agree too. Pigeon forge is kinda ugly... Plus with all the camaros and other rods I'm sure the mullets will be flowing steadily.
