Let's get a group together!
Was thinking the same thing - It's on my calendar
I'll join you Doc.
I'm in guys
Count me in.
I'm gonna try this event too , what bike you guys thinking ?
Im in. Big bike if I'm not the only one, or I'll borrow a small bike.
OK Guys, it looks like I'm about to pull the trigger on a 2011 Husqvarna TC 449. Deal looks great, and I've got the registration/insurance issues handled. Any last min objections? I know nothing about these bikes, but it's a great deal.
2011 was a transition year for Husqvarna. They were sold to BMW then shortly after to a company that also owned KTM. RockyMountain doesn't carry any OEM parts but MotoSport has full microfiche for that bike so you should be good, at least for a little while. Very little aftermarket support probably do to the transition but wear parts like brake pads, fork seals and air filters seem readily available. Don't expect much if you plan on selling down the road...that's why you're getting a great deal.
As for performance and reliability, I've never owned one so can't say. But a great deal is a great deal and if the price was right I'd jump on it also.
I’ll bring the Africa Twin if it’s not the only big bike!
Anyone out there not participating in the PB500 and plan on riding tomorrow?
I’m tempted to bring out the AT too, but haven’t gotten out much this year so I may be a little rusty. Anyone do this run on a big bike and have any thoughts or comments?

Can you still plate a gas gas or any of the euro 2 stroke bikes in nj?
Hey Doc, I’ll probably be riding my Africa Twin. It got a little banged up at the PB500, but it’ll be fine by Nov. 26. If not, I’ll be on the XR650. I’ll look for you.
Sounds like a plan!
In case any of you can sneak away from work tomorrow, it's gonna be 70 degrees, and the donuts are free!
Right now, we have three (riders, not donuts!). The more, the merrier!
I might be able to come. I'm on a DR650 and still getting used to riding in sand.
