I'm in for a small bike {all dirt) ride out of Atsion. I just made some modifications to my "small bike" and I need a mild shakedown ride.

Gerry: Starting today, I am off for four weeks. We will definitely get a big bike ride in. Do you have heated gear on the African Twin?

I'll join you also Bill, I was looking to do a small bike ride tomorrow.

Gerry, I'm still building up my riding gear stock and checking mobility options...
Atsion and small bikes will be perfect for me, take another small bike round and as Bill said, you will have him and the big bike for the next 4 weeks :-)

    Bill, say when.

I may not be going skiing tomorrow. Might be too warm.
So, can all the hijackers please summarize the conflicting rides tomorrow?
As far as I can figure out, it's lttle bikes at Atsion KSU at 11 with Bill.

The big bike ride seems to be a little confusing. Mosey, why can't you start a little later to give it a chance to warm up so the big bikes can ride to the start in comfort?
Gerry, are you doing the ride with Mosey, or a different ride?

Who would think it could be this confusing at the end of the year and the beginning of Winter?:-)

    Looks like small bikes have the nod for Friday;
Atsion @11 works for me - got to ride the new bike

(Bill - i have heated vest which I plug into the AT - but tomorrow should be warm)

You talking about the Africa Twin, or another new bike?
11:00 sounds good to me. I'll bring the Rally unless Gerry brings his AT.

Ok so we are actually starting earlier than expected. A bunch of us need to be done by 1230 tomorrow. Some others might stay longer.

We are meeting 9am at wawa. Heated gear helps keep warm in those early hours! We have a few guys leaving from queens and Brooklyn.

Sorry we aren’t starting later :/

I was referring to the still pending big bike ride, not tomorrow.

Wife and I should be out tomorrow on the small Hondas, starting at Atsion between 11 or 12. We'll likely do our own ride as it'll be only her second time out in the sand but hope to cross paths with some of you.

Any status on current puddle sizes? This time of year can stay wet longer than anticipated.

I was out earlier this week and there was not too much standing water, I expect it's better now as
we have not had any serious rain/snow since. Anyway, most puddles have go-arounds - at least
    I've convinced myself of that.

:-) as I moved to the US only 5 years ago, I thought that only I don't know the meaning, I had to google it - Kick Stand Up.

Got to ride with the Big Bikes from the WAWA to Pakim Pond. Then got a tag, visited with the little bike guys at Atsion, then dropped a couple of tags. Nice morning in the 100 acre wood. Still waiting for Mosey, though!

Thank you guys for the small bikes ride today!
It was great to meet you and a great ride.
Special thanks for Jim, Bill, Jerry (I hope I got all the names right) for letting me realize I'm not old enough to have excuses!!

IMG_3980.jpg Great day, thanks to you all.....perfect. My shakedown cruise on the camper worked out, one of the rear calipers started dragging on the way home. I'll be changing both rear calipers tomorrow at my house and not in one of the southern states in a few days. Thanks again guys, perfect day.
