    You're welcome, GadgetBoy!

This place is close to Goiania City, the start point of Rally dos Sertões!
The rally route goes south of Goiania, while Pirenopolis stays to the north.

Picanha is great! :D I love it!

I don't have more pictures of this trip, but I got some of the one we did last year.

We rode through the same area, but we went further off road.
At the time I had an Yamaha XT660. The other bikes were: Honda NX4 Falcon, Honda XR 250 Tornado and another XT660.

My wife is a Paulista, so I've had the chance to visit Brazil a couple of times, but haven't had a chance to ride.

If you're ever in Bahia and want a fun ride, head for Tamburil (not on any map). It's a small village about 25 miles from Banzaê - BA, Brazil down all dirt roads. From Salvador it's around 414 km north.

This past March I visited (the wife's Father lives there now) and an older village resident told me I was the first American to ever visit there. Now that's a damn cool thing.

    TK-LA,

it sounds like a cool place to visit. The only city I know from Bahia state is Barreiras. I've been there in 2009. A great place!
