Thank you Javier for the hospitality and all the prep works.
I had a great time in Rancho Javier in Puite!
Very happy to meet up old friends and meeting new one.
The Javier signature grills is fantastic, I tasted both lamb
and Beef, also the home made sausages.
Got home with 5 hrs of driving and took my first show after three days.

I will give Rancho Javier in Puite a 5 stars rating!
    Good riding!
    Good camping!
    Friendly Service!
    Excellence Food!
    Excellence personal touch!

Biggie summed it up pretty well, a perfect weekend. Thank you Javier, I appreciate all the work you put into this weekend. Now for the pix...

I got there late Friday afternoon, and was directed to the overflow parking. It worked for me.

There was an old log cabin just below, undergoing some re-construction.

Biggie and Riddler invited me to ride with them, thanks guys. We headed West and hit every location on the sign and more...

We rode up to the Piute Lookout, and enjoyed the view.

We rode on into Bodfish for lunch, Joel's crew was just leaving as we arrived. We stopped to check out the Lake Isabella Auxiliary Dam, and joked about a water crossing.

Driving out I stopped to honor the local history.[IMG]

Once again, Thank You Javier for hosting this weekend. I'm thinking about spending some more $$$ at your shop now.

There was only 1 victim this weekend...a fashion victim :huh ...we'll see if he fesses up. :lol3 :lol3

tony (toast) and i made it to my house about an hour ago. thanks toast for the company.

close call on hw99, the pickup truck on my left had a front right tire blew up, and cut suddenly in front of me. rubber pieces, big tread chunks, and bits were flying in front of us. lucky we avoided it.

furthermore, 5 hours to get there, 4 hours to get home, 2 sleepless nights , cold nights..and amazingly, it was a FANTASTIC weekend!

thanks javi for sharing your secrets and we will keep it that way...:ricky

the lamb and beef, sausages, etc. were awesome :tb . bouncing billy's killer ceviche was a treat!..:thumb

the rain last week provided very good traction, kept the dust at a minimum, the forest roads are smoother than our freeways, and the view wherever we went was breathtaking.....:eek1

great to see all you FFs and glad i got another memorable ride weekend before my surgery on the 26th.

    rr and pics tomorrow.
