plastic welder needed

    I have one I bought from them .. Its not that easy to use :huh

    I tried to repair a sport bike fairing and the welder made it worse , Blow holes in the part , I did get a shortened seat pan welded together with it .

    Quoted $75 for the work as Phillip estimated it at about an hour. He cut the filler material from the scrap seat pans. (I have some left over if anyone else is inclined to do this.)

    I'm very happy with the reinforcing as the pan is very stiff and strong over the weld. It's off to Terry Adcox now.

    Hey, I'm glad they were able to help you out. That second weld looks a whole lot better than the first one! It kind of looks like a pop corn ceiling! ;-)
