    Found these at HF today,they would be borderline weight wise for a big rig but at just over 2' long and about 60# and $84 they might be a option!!

    A 3'-4" long and one foot wide piece of carpet works great as well and it's easier to carry than a ramp. It also doubles as a place to kneel on when working on the trail.

    If one is stuck in sand, or otherwise hung up, how would one remove a skid plate to use as a ramp? Just sayin...:norton
