Looking to ride the Black Dog Dual Sport in June with my Nephew who lives in Tigard and would like to rent a 450 Dual Sport bike. I ride a 450 KTM here in New England but will consider other woods worthy machines. Closest KTM rental looks about 4 hour away. Any recommendations for rentals?

    Hi K-Rac,
We might be able to help. We rent dual sport bikes. We do not currently have any KTM's, but we do have 2 Suzuki DRZ 400's. They have been very popular for this area. We also have larger, and smaller bikes. Take a look at our website; the link is in my signature. We are located in Bend, Oregon, but we are willing to make arrangements for delivery. I hope this doesn't sound to spammy. Just trying to help.

Not a problem, all replies are welcome. I owned a 2000 DRZ-400E before the the KTM. The DRZ is a good bike until the terrain gets real rough and narrow. Not sure what to expect at the Black-dog, and from the looks of the level of difficulty I would probably ride the B loop on my KTM, on a DRZ with my Nephew the C loop is more realistic. Just looking to have have fun. Since I am heading out the week before, I was going to see if the club needs any help in the days before the event with arrowing or other setup work before the event.
Nephew is working on a few things but I will let you know.

    Thanks again

The A route is do-able on a DRZ and cake on the B route which you would be sharing with hacks and big DS bikes.
