Keep 'em coming
Excellent thread... Keep those photos coming!
From my June 2002 Alaska adventure:
Icefields Parkway, Alberta
This is the longest road that I have a picture of....
Roads like these....
Get you to the roads like these......
And you end up with views like this....
Brooks range, North slope, Alaska
Highway 80 east of Reno, NV
Highway 225 north of Elko, NV
Excellent thread. Let me dive into my photobucket account and see if I can come up with something.
Ahhhhh yes. It's a lonely road when your POS scooter is overheating, there's no one around, and you're down to your last bottle of water to dump on the engine so you can get home. oser
Somewhere in the Yukon
Long & lonely highways are my favorite rides. Here are a few wonderful places.
Highway 395 in Oregon, a bit south of Pendleton
Utah Route 128 east of Moab
Mattole Road on the California lost coast
Route 14 just south of Walden, Colorado
The most nothing I've ever seen in one place: Western Nebraska
This picture is cool
Excellent photography, wonderful photos of wide open spaces. Makes you really want to get out and ride. Frustrating when you're stuck in the big city.
