Passo di San Baldo, Italy. The photo shows both the entrace and exit of the "lowest" of the 5-or-so tunnels, each having a switchback, no light and being so narrow that traffic is regulated using traffic lights
Still on the same trip ... the road that leads to Samnaun (between Switzerland and Austria). Lots of narrow tunnels with bends, two cars can usually not pass each other.

Galeria dei Saraceni in the italian Alps. It's about 800m long and is a U-turn. Approximately 3m wide and no light in there. This is the only passing place.
