Thanks for the report back. Another bike to add to the list...
The Power Controller and Juice works on all the BMW EFI bikes and the Husky 650!

I also made units for the KTMs, Hondas , and Suzukis but I just don't have the time to make um!:cry Maybe when I retire!

    Thanks again guys and gals!:clap

    Hey HTC...

On the F650GS where do you suggest wiring up the pink temp sensor?

Instead of cutting the snorkel down I drilled about a dozen holes in it like swiss cheese. So I was able to fish the sensor into one of the holes and zip tie it up near the front of the snorkel opening. I'm thinking that would be pretty good.

    Thoughts?

Josh , The general idea is to get the best reading of the ambient air temperature possible. Sensing as little as possible of the engine heat the better off you are.

Also remember engines run better on cool dense air... sooo drilling holes is the air box is not a good thing - you can pick up warm air from the engine.

    Hope this helps! HTCA

Well I didn't drill the airbox I drilled the snorkel. Some folks cut it off but that just lets in a lot of water when you ride in the rain. I drilled strategic holes in the snorkel in front of the stock air temp sensor. Than I routed the HTC Juice temp sensor so that the tip of it is as far up the snorkel as possible. It sits almost at the opening where the freshest air is being drawn in.

Just had my first ride with the Juice and man what a difference. It's so much smoother. Can't believe how smooth the roll on is. At starts and even through acceleration. Juicy is the bomb, Nice work fellas. I'd endorse it.

HTC, I've put a couple of thousand miles on my Husky TR 650 with the Power Controller installed. It's perfect, totally transformed the bike. No more stumbles and oh so smooth. Thanks again.
