Well, I didn't take many picts, but here are a few for posterity. Glad you all made it out to play (or suffer?). :beer

Sorry, not much more in the way of pictures.

Thisbikerides and I decided not to continue on when we came across this patch on 4N24, it just gets higher and shadier farther along. Besides we were hungry and there was apple pie waiting at Hidden Springs. :D

"apple pie waiting at Hidden Springs." :D

I thought you said Hidden Springs was closed! I would have gone with you guys if I knew pie was involved! I went to Newcombs after i left you guys. What a mad house:huh . The place was packed with tourist! I think every crappy drive decided to head to the snow that day! I must of had 4 cars crossing the double yellow lines in the middle of turns on the way down the hill!:eek1 my middle finger was getting a cramp!:fyyff

I had a good time Monday Nice people and good trails. Edward I hope your not mad at us for talking you into going up Lynx's. That big GS is a hole lot of bike for some parts of that trail.

There is STILL snow up there?! Insane!

Looks like you guys had fun!

Quyen and I took the GS to the Rock Store on sunday, which was a mess. She wasnt feeling well, so I took her 400F out for some high speed runs down 6th street.... quite the hairy thrill to take a 400cc bike up to 70 mph through city streets!!

Luis, good to hear your bike's growl behind me on the hairy parts with the GS.
    Thanks for the pics Don.
    Have a great week everyone,

Sorry, they were closed in the morning when we went by...seems they open at 10am. Their regular hours are 10-5, except Wednesdays which they are closed on.

If it doesn't rain this Sat, I'm up for Lynx or SCD.

I'm also considering Tule Ridge Trail, that's a good one too.

It starts and ends on San Francisquito. There is also an offshoot that will take you to Lake Hughes Road.

If it doesn't rain, I will head out there. After the ride, lunch and hang out in Santa Clarita to watch the Tour of Califonia bike race.
