    Contact inmate El Dangeroso. He bought and successfully revived my project Beo 150. It came to me as a non-running roller. I ignored it for several years and then sold it to him in the same condition. I don't remember what he said was wrong with it, but the carb side ingestion is a known issue with some model years, so that certainly could have been it.

    Anyway, he may have some words of wisdom or resources that make it unnecessary to throw in the towel. Good luck!

    I searched for an engine and found two from Italy, but they wouldn't ship them to me. Found one in South Carolina for quite a bit more, but decided I've too many projects that I need the money for. This was a pretty compelling reason to give it up.

    I sold it to a guy that needed good body and chassis to replace a rusty low mileage runner. Win-win.
