Just wanted to say I installed the Puig touring screen on my 14 GSA this weekend and WOW what a difference . Even with the scene all the way down its much less turbulent than stock. I'm 6-1 so the stock screen was very turbulent for me. Now with the scene halfway up ,and I'm looking over it fresh clean air . In fact I rode 10 miles with my visor up on my Shoei Hornet with no glasses and not a bit of watering eyes 50deg temps .
The most impressive part to me is it closely resembles the stock screen ,so it doesn't appear aftermarket. Great aesthetics and performance .
I owe it to mate Toowooba for advising me how much he liked his . He was spot on!! Works great for me . Thanks partner for sharing the info with me .:clap

I pulled the same trigger on friday for my '14 12GS. I read Toowooba's report and Jetspeed's and decided to have at it. Post some pix of your setup when you can!

I'm 6'1" and I don't have the screen all the way up .In my opinion there's less vibration than with the stock screen

Maybe a silly question, but where are guys purchasing them? I've read some reviews but can't seem to find an online source that has them for the 2014 GS.

Says "2013+ GS" only...is the screen the same for both the standard and ADV versions? I think so, right? :ear

Yes, that's what she said, this one's stiffer.... It wiggles less and feels substantially more stable. Very happy with the PUIG for my PIG. I recently located a company called parabellum that sells windscreens. Anyone try those out?

I wouldn't say it was stiffer...more so the aerodynamic design holds it more stable under flow.

I would also say that it's only really suited to ON ROAD use...it's too all for OFFROAD as you will need to look through it and the leverage would make it shake bad IMO.

I've had no problems with it off road, lowest position, visibility is fine and it wiggles and wobbles a lot less than the OEM did and I took it through some very rough gravel and dirt roads.

    Great feedback.

I have both the Puig and Powerbronze for my GS-W, but haven't mounted either yet. The Puig is taller/wider than the Powerbronze and feels like it weighs 2x as much; it's a substantial piece. I was worried about it putting too much stress on the mounts, but folks seem happy so far...
