ODC, did you do this great web site?
I just Ride. I peeled it out of YouTube to
Somewhat show the travesty of 8.5 million spent
On an excellent twisty road that did not need it.
RIP Hwy NM. 434
Just for You.
ODC, we came up 434 a couple weekends ago on our chile fetching road trip...
It used to be a fun, single lane paved goat trail of a road, will still be a scenic way to go but definitely lost something
Guess it needs an up-grade.
Too many Texans taking the turns to quickly
Has taken a toll on the states budget, so let's
Spend money we don't have to fix Stoopid.
Their is rumor now that they are thinking of
Paving 120 between Ocate and Black Lake.
If they do, there goes the neighborhood. This place will
Be swarming with Texans. Progress sucks. I still like
Livin in 1977. That's my Rant. ODC.
To all that work with their hands and backs.
Happy Tradesmen Day.
Working for a living.
My local TradesChica.
Slingin that brush.
What'd a diff with a little
Color some tin and some patience.
The Door to know-where.
Here's some good listening for a lazy Saturday morning.
O.A.R (Of a Revolution)
And a band I just learned about on a river trip...with the bestest name EVAH!
Rainbow Kitten Surprise
And going to see these guys tonight, they are playing in our hockey rink after the Blues N Brews show wraps up. Love seeing them!
Oops, I thought that post was from ODC and I didn't recall seeing a rink or any building of any size in the neighborhood. Telluride is a bit more built up than Ojo Feliz.
Welcome back Trevor.
Yes Dave, Ojo Feliz is Telluride kNOT.
Happy Sunday All.
Busy Stalking Elk.
And chasing Rainbows.
Look, Ojo can shoot Rainbow's out her Ass.
Bmon and I are attempting a 3-day jaunt thru the San Juan's And Northern Nuevo Mexico to take in the sights and
Catch some color. We are headed points west Wednesday
5pm Afternoon from Johnson Village. If any one cares to join. Rib-eyes in Ojo on Saturday,as a reward for Roaming.
Slow paced and Relaxed Attitudes.
Stop an smell the cow parties kind of
I have been trolling this thread for some time, I have a sweet 3 acres on 518 in Mora/ Buena Vista, directly caddy-corner West and South of the mill, the name escapes me (but where they grow raspberries)...my place is across 518 right on the curve of the river (a bright yellow trailer visible from 518 immediately on the left as you round the corner heading West from the Mill). My Moms family is the Maestas and we also have some Spanish Land Grant property in and around Mora, 1000s of acres of amazing private single and double track. I remember we used to have an annual Maestas family reunion in Ocatae on land which I'm pretty sure is adjoining yours! Next time I go down to the old home I would love to meet up!
Welcome to Pull up a Stump.
I know your place. It is across
the street from my Uncle Lupe.
We call that area Canoncito. The Rasberry Ranch
Was Salmam Ranch, but I think if sold. Berries are in prime
Picking right now. If you are in the Hood, please stop in to
Visit. I am here unless I am not. Yes,motorcycle riding is a
Real treat around here. Thanks for Lurking. Duane.
My cousin is Phillip! My mom is Grace...I heard about Lupe I'm sorry brother...if it's the same Lupe I'm thinking of it's not an uncommon name...do you have a cousin Joseph?
