Well I pulled my left side tank off and somehow managed to snap off the plastic tip of the quick disconnect. Of course, KTM wants $59 for a length of hose and plastic connector. :bluduh

Does anyone know where to source the OEM part from besides KTM?

There was a thread a while back, apparently McMasters sells something similar for only a few bucks. I think Maxvert authored it... Searchy! :deal

If you want the exact thing get the Motion Pro double cut-off quick disconnect from Just-gas-tanks, about half price of KTM's rip-off.

The motion pro is only rated to 180*F and that sucker sits right next to the engine.

I'm gonna go with a brass coupler.

Thanks of the links and ideas!

This line has 50 psi in it, so use one with check valves on both ends. Also, use some good ones. The Motion Pro and others are quite weak.

I found this CPC unit for $42.

Valved on both ends and good to 250psi.

I went with the beemerboneyard package.
In stock and got it quick.
These are high quality and work much smoother than the stock
    plastic units.
Much stronger too, reducing the chance of breaking.

I'm replacing the quick connects on my other bikes (KTM 690
KTM 990A and my 2012 Ducati MTS 1200S) with these.

    Twist it, Max
