    Buenas,-

My name is Jason and I was going to be in and around Quito, Ecuador for a week in late March, on a family vacation.

I was planning on renting a bike for a day... The rental places around seem to be fine with any kind of bike, they just dont necessarily offer guides, and it would be great to get off the beaten path.

Best case: I was thinking that if somebody down there had some free time and felt like going riding, and maybe show me where the hometown good stuff was, it could be really fun. I'm definitely up for a good beat down.

WOrst case, the wife and I will probably just rent something half street and not get too far into the woods.

If someone were to be interested in doing someting more difficult, she would let me go off without her :D

On the third hand: Maybe somebody here has a groovy idea?

    Thanks for reading

We've got some great 1 or 2 day self-guided GPS tours you can take if you can't find someone to show you around. Check out our "Chocolate & Cloudforest" tour and the "Quilotoa Loop" rides on our web site...
