Cancelled due to bad weather forecast. They say some sections would become unrideable under any snow and the parking would be a muddy mess. Rescheduled for Sunday April 27.
Colorado's own Billy Burgener will be representing Colorado wearing bib number 85!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! best of luck!!!!!
Bucket List? I hope he at least rode a little once this year! Go B.B.
Lyons trial was awesome. Drove through rain and sleet all the way there and once i reached Lyons; Perfect riding conditions. Cool and not a drop of moisture all day(which some of the "mud bogs" did not need) Cool to get back to the place of my very first trials.....took three pics. The end
Next up Nonami Ranch this weekend!!!
I like the part where the RMTA President was an NMTA transplant! We have never canceled a trials! (Yet)
That was my first time at Lyons. What a cool place! I had a good time!
Just got home from a work day for the Nationals; some good sections shaping up for hopefully a great event. 82 riders signed up as of tonight......Should be fun
is this place rideable other than when the event is taking place? If I wasn't skiing that weekend I def. would've went over to spectate.
Unfortunately not. The place, where we rode, is someones private property with a gate that was only open for the day of the trial
Martin....Czech junior champion. Very good rider

So you wanna try the pro line?? ....Can't see the right gate marker but it's up the rock for the pros
Killer videos Blake!
Were these from Sat. or Sun.?
Both days. These were the two sections I was checking at. Pretty tough ones and that was before the afternoon showers came:eek1
Nice vids. I saw John C. on his reflex and thought you might have got a good crash!
UTE CUP!!!......... EPIC!! Only word I can come up with to describe it. Quite a bit of riding and a few sections were above timberline and the vistas were amazing. Unfortunately I only took one pic. This is at camp and the loop goes along that ridge in the background with the snow ~13000'. Even dead tired it's impossible to ride up there without a huge grin from ear to ear
So who won it?
Was it No Stop?
