I R/R the OEM Kawasaki rotors (warped) at 64k with EBC rotors and HH pads. I got everything back together alright (I usually do my own tire changes and have had the front wheel off a few times) but something is not quite right.... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/HaeSibOX2Xk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> There is a "clicking" when I spin the wheel. I marked the rotor and the clicking does not consistently stop or start at the same point. The bearings are original and probably need to be changed but the sound I'm hearing is not from the bearings. I have not road tested it yet. I bled the brakes from both calipers and the master cylinder. I've double checked the torque of the fasteners (rotor buttons, fork clamp bolts, caliper bolts, brake pad retaining pins, axle, etc, etc.) but this clicking is driving me up the wall. Do you guys think a road test to bed the brakes in would fix this?
