R1100GS HP1 Conversion on the cheap!

    Not much, really. I finished the bike and rode it around nyc a little, but I have a crazy busy schedule with a new kid and another on the way, so I never got to take any trips with the bike.

    I was recently thinking of selling it so I can finish my R100 cafe racer project.

    If I can't sell it as is, I may put the bike back to stock and try to sell it that way or maybe just part it out.
