    And...we all know the CORRECT amount is 180 ml...for future readers of the thread.:clap

    Otherwise, an informative and well produced video that will surely take out some of the mystery about FD servicing.

    I do, however, recommend that the main stand be tied to the front wheel. As it is , the setup isn't very stable.
    In fact, you can see how the whole bike moves back and forward as he works on it.

    Minus two points for that omission, and loss of expert-status.

    According to Herbert BMW yesterday. They tell me the pin should be at 20 nm, then backed off to 7. The main nut at 145 nm

    Hi,

    BMW in RepRom suggests to refill with 220ml.At least in EU models
    I change the fluid ;every 5000Km, and this was the 5th time I replaced it. I always use 200ml with no leak or other incident :-)

    Correct!
    I've done similar tasks to her frame but although she;s shaking and seems to be unstable she's a nice lady:D
