so i'm in the final stages of a '76 rebuild. Routing cables and whatnot. What would you choose to sip on, over ice, if you were putting a couple more hours in this evening?

I'm a big fan of laphroig bloke, makes me a lot more considered and mellow than when I have been on da turkey. which is what you want when finishing off a job like that.

Here's where it was about a week ago when I set the painted parts on the frame to see how they'd look. It'll eventually have the stock seat on the bike, not this hideous king and queen thing.

The Laguvalin 16 yr is no slouch, but I like The Balvenie when pondering things mechanical.

I always turn to the Laphroaig and can't say as it's ever let me down. :norton

Beautiful bike you've got there! A proper seat will make a world of difference.

Thanks. I put the stock seat on this afternoon. I still have some trim pieces and the exhaust to put on. Lots of odds and ends. Hopefully it'll be ready to ride in the next couple of weeks.
