The Honda team has its own video release. The one below is from stage four.

I arrived late there. Just took two terrible pictures that I posted earlier.

A friend of mine went to see the first special stage. He took some good photographs. Let me get the links...

Faria is out with a broken wrist after a fall yesterday. So far, Despres is finished stage 6 in the lead with most of the front runners in except Coma.

Foreign racers in the Sertões make payments in dollars and change the routine at the gas station in Natividade (TO)

This Monday’s (29th) final liaison of Sertões International Rally dos Sertões passed by a gas station on the BR-010 highway, in the city of Natividade, Tocantins, changing the region’s routine. The first racers to arrive were the foreign bikers Paulo Gonçalves, Marc Coma, Cyril Despres and Michael Metge, who paid for the fuel in dollars, causing an ado among the attendants.
As this stage is in the marathon regime, all the racers should refuel before parking the vehicles in the closed part, where they cannot receive maintenance until the start this Tuesday (30th).
At the gas station, a few dozen people crowded around to see the competitors fill their tanks and then speed off. Part of this audience has seen the rally a few times, as the city received the Rally in 2001 and 2005.
The station attendant who has worked in Natividade for 2 years, José Neto, told us that he recalled the rally, but had never come across so many foreigners. “To get paid in dollars is complicated, afterwards we will pass it on to the boss to see how he solves it”, he said.
“We were marveled to see these people agitate the city”, said José Virgulino, who manages the place. “I think it is a gain, because it brings more movement to the region every time the rally comes through one of the cities”, he completed
Right afterwards, the competitors headed to the Agriculture School in Natividade, where the cars were parked for one last look from the public before the start.
