    Hi all,
I've posted this in the G650X thread a long time ago, but this would be a better place to it. We have one guy here in Lithuania that can make a fairing to any bike - he's a professional sculptor riding bikes, so this is a kind of a hobby. He recently made a unique fairing for the G650 Xchallenge. Here's a few pics.
I've sold a few copies to some members of this board, still have a few left. Price per one fairing/prime coated is 170eur/210$. I can arrange shipping worldwide.
P.S. I have put one fairing on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=300471061188&Category=76120

    Awesome work!
Good price too. Specs on the lights in case any ADV'ers want to duplicate your setup with your fairing?

I think we can. How many fairings would be needed? What should the look like? Which DR model to be sure? :)

well I suspect if you made them for the 1996-current DR650Se you could sell quite a few of 'em. I know I'd be more than a little interested. Most folks have the IMS 4.9G tank on it too so you might want to make one up that goes with that rather than the stock tank.

The fairing looks really good. I'm sure that if you were able to incorporate a mounting bracket to the frame for these fairings that there would be a big demand. I know that I'd pull the pin and buy one if I knew it would be plug & play - not saying that I am completely disinclined, but I want to know that I'm not going to spend a couple of hundred bucks and then get thwarted on trying to get it properly installed. Regardless, they are very cool.

I REALLY want one of these, but as Revelstoker points out it needs to be more of a turn key kit before I bite.

What would a complete kitted set up Painted with brackets, lights, dash panel... just like in your pictures.... cost shipped to the US?

The 690 Enduro crowd would be interested in one of these. Any plans for one?

P.S. your profile isn't very complete. You don't even say where you are.

Hi all, sorry, been busy for some time.
As I mentioned, the guy that makes the fairing is a sculptor. My shop mechanic did all the work with lights/brackets. But he's too busy doing his work so I think he won't be able to make some more brackets.
I've sold 6 or 7 of these fairings till today. Maybe someone who has bought one is on the forum (I'm sure there is someone) who could share their thoughts on the installations. From my point of view, it's not too hard.

As for the other bike fairings, hey, no problem. I just need to find the bike for a week and make something out of it. Not sure about the DR, but KTM 690 Enduro could be the second project... Can someone post a pic of how the fairing should look like? With the original tank? How many people would be interested in buying it? Since I'm located in Lithuania, a group buy, to, lets say, the US, would be cheaper for everyone.

Good news, made more fairings for the G650XCh, so the price goes down.

I can't recall you mentioning which headlamp assembly you are using.
I see there is quite some space between the fairing and the mudguard, would the original XChallenge mudguard fit in between?
Does it come with the inside plate, or just the fairing?

ps, how much would p&p to the Netherlands be?
