Regular rally expense. probably 250-300 range entry fee, $100 annual membership and license, then bus/food/lodging.

We did what I thought was a pretty good housing thing last time. I found a five bedroom suite with a hot tub and a garage for like, $750 for four days or something like that, slept 12-18, through VRBO.com. That kind of thing will cut down on nightly housing fee, depending on how many people. There's a ton of them available in the summertime, right next door to reg/tech/start.
As we get closer I'll probably try and do something like that again, I think it worked out OK last time.

Hasn't been published yet. The car guys will probably end up paying 800-900 dollars per entry. Bike guys around 300-350 per entry.

The house is a good way to go. We split a giant vacation house amongst 3 rally teams for maine last year and it was very inexpensive. We even had a 3 car garage to park the rally cars in at night or work on.

Looking forward to this one. RWV last year was my first RallyMoto race so this will be my first opportunity to repeat an event and compare any progress (assuming the re-use some of the same stages). Snowshoe is a really cool place, just a pain that they have little to no cell reception due to the major radio telescope nearby.

I ran a D606 rear and an MT21 front. Very little loose deep gravel so the MT21 actually hooked up well on the hard packed roads. Rear hopped around a lot under accelleration but I suspect that was due to the sorry state of my rear sock (which has since been rebuild and re-valved).

I just ordered a second set of wheels for my bike (in prep for the Mexican 1000!) so might have one set of D606 and another with MT21 and swap at service if I feel I made the wrong choice.
