friendly competition always welcome, Jack. Sandblast is the plan for now. still having a clutch slip problem, but short of installing an entirely new one, or determining that there is a larger issue, I'll be installing heavier pressure plate springs as the 3rd "easy fix" measure, with the intent of still racing the 426. JJ's been generous with ride opportunities in the past couple months that I haven't been able to capitalize on.

but that's still the plan. very happy to run with you on a stage for some good action video.

You may want to mount a cam on the side too, so you can get some video of me all wadded up in the trees playing with the squirrels and such...

Looking forward to Sandblast. Smaller trees.

Hey: Actully I think the hot setup would be front and rear facing cams, then edit the passes to one clip. I tried to make a setup like that a few years ago, bought two used handi camcorders and bullet cams, but never got to use it. With the Go Pros and other options now available, it should be easy, I just dont have the $$$ I used to have to spend on toys. :cry

To much on the bike footage gets old after awhile, you need to change views often in my experience. A combination of onboard video and some passing shots seems to help. Watch some WRC coverage and you'll see what I mean. Nothing worse than the same boring trail footage with the damn "let the bodies hit the floor song":puke1:puke1:puke1:lol3

Film each stage from different views and then put it all together in one clip for the end.

Here's a great video recorded at one of the Pine Barrens 300 rides by Nolan Watts.

He made an PVC arm that he could reposition for different angles.
