Currently, Rally Moto Kits are available for the 2008-2011 KTM 450/530 bikes. RMS is the authorized reseller. See the kits here: http://www.rallymanagementservices.com/collections/vendors?q=Rally+Moto+Kit

The Honda 450 kit is still a prototype kit. And we're expecting a KTM EFI kit over the winter.

    Cheers,
    Dave

To add to Dave's above post.
The kits work on the 400, 450, 505, 530 displacements.

And the talented beechum1 is kicking out the awesome fiberglass now.

Indeed it is :evil Or he is trying to hide it from public's eyes :evil

I guess having one at hand helps in order to copy parts around so you have spares

I was looking for a massive project at some point, to convert the 640 with the 690 fairings.... :huh By the time I understood how much time I had to put into this I quickly changed plans :D ... But once you have the 690, it is good practice to copy parts whenever you can. Then you have your own drawings and can easily modify stuff if you want at e later stage :deal
