Before posting, please make sure your rally complies with these guidelines. The rallies in here are for non-profits or groups not affiliated with professional riding or tour companies. Rallies are multi-day affairs and involve a fixed place to camp and gather.

Once the event has occurred the thread will be moved to the root thread of Regionals.

Rides do not belong in this forum. They belong in the relevant regional forum.

Threads regarding who is attending a rally, or why a rally isn't listed do not belong here. If a rally thread does not exist, and you are the organizer, feel free to start a thread. Send a PM to a rally's organizer if you are wondering when it will be this year.

ALL THREAD TITLES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

    Name of Rally
City and State Location of Rally.
    Date of Rally

ALL THREAD ORIGINAL POSTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

A restatement of all items in the thread title.
A full description of the rally that includes details such as camping/accommodations, meals, activities.
    All basic costs disclosed.
Who is running the event, whether just a group of ADV Riders or a commercial venture.

***Do not provide just a link to an outside page or web site***

If you start the thread for one of the traditional ADV rallies, please go ahead and put that in the thread title. You may also use the ADV Rally thread tag.

The only rallies that are permitted to use this designation are:

    BYOB
    Roll the Bones
    West Fest
    Rick's RDV
    Cromag
    SLAP
    Central
    RMAR
    Warped
    WMRS
    Jim Thorpe Smokin' Hole
    No Clever Name

If your thread does not contain these items, it will be moved to Head Explody.

The OP of a thread cannot bump the thread more often than once every five days.
