I bought a bike in Orlando once. Flew down to pick it up and ride it home. It was November, it rained all the way, and ... Ehh, just find someone to trailer it up. :D

Sweet. Just sold one to an friend. VERY dependable bike. Will go anywhere, and you have a ton of torque just off idle.

    Nice stick.

Nice bike. Where's the "I'm jealous as hell" smiley. :D

Fly down, rent a cheap 10' U-Haul, and drive it back. They have ramps and tie-down points built in, if I'm not mistaken. Shouldn't be more than a few hundred bucks for the truck.

What's your time frame, Clip? I have a boat I need to get DOWN to Stuart, right next door to Palm City. We should talk at the DC bike show-

A friend from the local club is in FLA right now. He has his pick-up and his GS (hauled it down there because he was hauling a bunch of other stuff). I'll see if anyone on the local board knows how to get in touch with him and if so, I'll try to hook you guys up.

No thanks.. But just think of the ride report you and Clip could do. You could call it the "Other Way Around". two bikers spend weeks alone at sea on a flatboat...

I expect you want to put some hand guards on it. After much hunting and some recommendations from TT I got these:

Tusk D-Flex Handguards $49.00 www.rockymountainatv.com They are very good and the price is right.

Come on down to the farm on that bad boy when you get it.

How long will it take to get up here Cityclip? Do you think you can get it by this weekend?

    Bowie is calling!

Pretty soon Jabba will be riding with us.. Probably on the GS. :evil

It would be really awesome to take the gs on a hare scramble course, across from i197. It isnt as slick as the rest of the stuff.

Looks like a bunch of us have dirt bikes now. Cityclip-xr400, moi xr650r, Xsquiggy wr250f, Steverino dr650, Harpoon drz400, skyline keith drz400, and a few others.

Lets plan a off road excursion to the hatfield mccoy!! :evil

Thanks for the tip. Gawd, it's so nice to be able to buy stuff that costs less than $100.

I'm definitely in for Dan's farm. And I'll probably get it tagged, so I'll be able to go on the street as well.
