You will forget the old bikes in a hurry if the new bike is a winner - I asked myself daily why I got rid o my 3 bikes that I had owned for 9, 5, and 4 years while I was trying to adapt to being KLR only. I would have been ok except for long trips. I made a better compromise this time but gave up dirt. Except for the price, my first choice was the Tiger 800 XC. I suspect you can do KLR and Wee riding on it.
Probably why I had three bikes for a while, the Tiger wasn't good enough to make me sell the wee. Now I'm back down to two and one of them is on a battery tender:huh.
I just hope I can sell the two 650s soon. I got the Wee from Kickstand consignment room and may have to take it back!

I can recommend these bike. I know the guy who owns the bikes and they have never been abused b/c Backwoods rides like a 90 year old woman.
... Only ridden to church on Sunday.
There is a 2012 XC with 500 miles on it for $11.5K in the flea market owned by a little old lady.
Got plane ticket to California? i could ride and fly. Not the color I want but to get to meet The Peach might be worth it! The plane ticket would cost more than the upcharge to a new one....
Should I go update my ad for the Wee and put "Never ridden in snow"
Can't add that for the KLR and cause I HAVE ridden it in the snow!!!
... nevermind, it's a long way from LA
I have a couple bikes I need to sell. Thought I'd pass this along. Tires have less than 1k on them. Thanks.
I'm glad I got out of the used bike biz a few months ago. The market is flooded! Good luck y'all.
Price Drop for Quicker sales:
2004 Wee - SOLD!!!!!!!!!
2009 KLR - $4000
New bike fever sucks!!!
Since I could not sell my 2009 KLR loaded out, I'm parting out some of the accessories and going to still try to sell the KLR stripped down...
So far I have gotten the following uninstalled and just need to get pictures posted:
JNS Skidplate (2008+KLR)
Corbin Flat Seat (2008+KLR)
OEM Tail bag and saddle bags (tail bag is in great shape but saddle bags are more worn and have one broken attachment strap)
Make me an offer...
KLR still has Cogent Dynamics MOAB suspension setup because I traded the stock shock to VFRGreg. Still have the stock front springs in a box. May try to find a stock shock somewhere and sell MOAB suspension on the side, too...
It may not be an adventure bike, but riding it is definitely an adventure!
My dad has decided to thin down his stable a bit, and sell his 08 muscle bike. It's in excellent condition with only 13.7k miles. He's asked me to help him sell it so here goes.
2008 Suzuki M109r2
Avon tires with plenty of life
Rifle Windshield in good condition
2" Bar risers
Cobra Lugage rack (to keep soft bags off of pipes)
Rear seat cover (think cafe)
New fuel filter
Current title clean and clear
The bike is VERY clean, and always parked indoors when not in use. It's never been down, and hasn't been thrashed. Dad's 66, weighs about 150, and is 5'9". The bike has become a little too much for him to handle in the weight department. It's fast. Seriously so for a stock bike, and ridiculously so for an 800lb behemoth of a cruiser. Definitely NOT a beginner bike in my personal opinion. It's clean, runs like new, and looks like new. Dad has been doing motorcycle maintenance for 40+ years, and he is meticulous. I'll have much better fotos to post tomorrow, but I thought I'd go ahead and get this puppy listed just in case anyone here might be interested.
Asking $7k or best offer.
More photos to follow soon.
Looks like I'd better get a ride on that bike before it's gone. I can't recall ever seeing something go from a standstill to disappearing into the the distance as fast as that bike does.
Tickets are only $7k a ride! Line on up!!!
Anyway, I promised better pictures, and here they be:
$7k a ride, good one!
Those pics are outstanding wolfy. Great work.
Now, if I could just present my bikes like that with a point and shoot.....
I heard there is a good camera man for hire in Starkville.
Aw Shucks Y'all. Don't be goin on tryna make a fellar blush!
Think he can make a KLR look good enough to sell?
