Boy we've all done that a time or two. I'm just a chicken and usually turn the GoPro off before the scary parts.

I wanted to throw the app out there. I literally made all three of those videos in about 15 min. I just sent them the video and photos and thats what they sent back. If I can figure out how to modify and/or edit the footage better it may work for short clips. I may be able to upload them to YouTube. I don't know yet. It was fun.

I left the gopro on for that whole trip from Indian Creek to Wiggins Spring. That was just the exciting part. Truthfully I have not taken any photos or used my gopro since July or August. The gopro has been in my bag for the last several rides but I've been too chicken to turn it on and experience its gravity increasing effect recently.

    Jeremy....
I know that trail well. Lots of good drop offs. Im glad you high sided that one. The last time I took that trail it was all washed out and very tricky. I guess we need to go back over there to check it out. Second thought ... don't they close that road for the winter? I remember having to go all the way around to 60 last year to get back up in there.

    Jeff....
The GoPro was on the end of a three foot pole when I shot that Moray. He actually came out to explore it. Incredible animals.

Was out at Madstrom's place today picking up a vest and finally stopped at Get-n-Go in Skinquarter on 360. They have some good food,

Stop in if you are out there playing on Skinquarter & Rocky Ford roads. :D

Now to get the vest hooked to the RT. :lol2

Does anyone have a Blu-Ray DVD burner that connects to a computer via USB? My family wants copies of our TAT trip movie, but a normal DVD burner is standard definition and not HD. I'd love to burn some HD DVDs but then will mostly likely never use a Blu-Ray burner again. Would be interested in renting one from a fellow inmate for a week or so. PM me if you have one available. Thanks.

I'm still trying to get motivated. I'll probably just settle for a ride out to Farmville around the middle of the day.

Sure is cold. There is snow on the ground to the Northwest.

Older daughter just got in from up in MD. Here for her sister's pinning ceremony a little later today.

Also, got a note from a friend of mine in Helvetia. 3 deg. at his place and sez it's 10 deg. colder nearby.

    Brrr! :vardy

What's the coldest you've ridden in Guy? I used to commute as far into the winter as I could stand and found that 15 degrees was pretty damn close to my limit. I might have been able to colder had I been more prepared, but seeing as I was commuting I didn't wasn't wearing my full on snow man suit.

Nowadays I draw the line at about 25 degrees as I fear the black ice and don't like feeling like the Michelin man when trying to get on one bike.

Probably around zero or a little lower when I was living in Lynchburg. Daily commute was 12 miles to GE and my riding gear consisted of blue jeans and an old Army field jacket. That was on my 305 scrambler. Those were bubble shield days and my beard would freeze to the inside of the shield. :lol3

I could not do that. My commute is 23 miles to Midlothian via 64 & 288. I usually am pretty well covered up top, but bottom is/was thin long johns, jeans and stitch. No way I would ride more than 23 miles in that. Even in 20 degree temps my legs would start burning they were so cold.
