I don't think it's so much that you are used to his volume. You would have to be able to hear him over yourself before you could get used to his volume.

I'm just hoping to find someone else from Raleigh area to split gas with. My 450 doesn't have the range to get there on it's own

    Hah.
At least his bike can power a gadget. If I'm running my lights I don't have enough juice for a GPS.

Can I run jumper cables from your bike to mine?

I'd be curious to try that newfangled heated gear stuff. ;)

Speed would be fine, it's the range issue. Maybe need a hose for gas and a hose for oil too.
    :D

Off road I love this ktm. Getting to trails and maintenance time I miss my dr650.

Well, off road we'll be using your bike to tow lift my behemoth - it's damn heavy to lift, even with the proper lifting technique...

While you ladies are rigging that up, I'll just throw dirt tires on the /5 as well and see how that works out on single track.

I've never been one to have the right bike for the ride.

I also did most of Uwharrie on that cbr 954rr
    ;-)
Horse power really does fix most things.
    There is a reason I decided I needed a dirt bike. ;-)
