The green one's all do that.
I was actually thinking about the one where he was laying on the side of a steep bank. Looked thru some old post but couldnt find it. Did find the one of him wrapped in the guard rail. I am glad he crashes well. Great guy and i'm looking foward too my time with everyone this spring. Also to Feman I havent found anything clear yet but i'll bring you something good.
Am I going or not?
Nova Scotia on Explorer
You need me to trailer your bike out there for you? I know you don't like riding long distances.
Well..... allow me, Mr. P
There's an app for that!
There is a station on 19E (the 4 lane between Elizabethton and Hampton) on the right going towards Hampton that has a big sign stating No Ethanol. Many of the smaller Mom n Pop stations carry it out of necessity. They have re-lined tanks that are not compatible with ethanol.
I figured that would be the case. It's the same over here. I just know the online list I used to use was pretty spotty and sometimes downright incorrect, so I thought a local might know better. Being one to bring unusual bikes, this is what I'm trying to fit my stuff on for this year:
I've been whoring it around for a few days now, but can't a guy get excited? I think it would swing gravel roads a little better than the CB-1.
Payment has been sent in, Area 51 here I come!!! I'm in double digits now, 10 years running!
n00bs be scared! tha de-n00ber is in da house!
Oh, I was thinking this one.
:eek1 No, not that one.
That one makes me cringe!
Im just glad he can still smile after some of those crashes.
correction: the newly build bunk-house does not have a bathroom, but there is one just around the corner. I adjusted the price to $45/person for 3 nights.
got some pics of the room today:
Wise guy, eh! :ddog There are soooo many, I lost count. I still ride and love this bike!
It's good to have one that's ok with taking a nap every now an then. I just wish I had figured that out before I beat the crap out of the other one.
I didn't know any of you guys when Todd had the "guardrail incident". I seem to remember the KLR laying on the ground somewhere around Area 51 and some guy stomping on it. I was thinking, "WTF have I gotten myself into?" :eek1
I was thinking the same thing!
That bike will do any of the roads on my ride. If we make it over to Beauty Spot and Rattlesnake Ridge the gravel might be a little deep so you may have to work some, but I'm not sure. I haven't been up there in about a year and don't know if they've re-graveled the roads or not.
