Just teasing wvhillbilly. Times are tough keep any job you have in WV and be happy to have it. Was looking forward to meeting another hillbilly. Maybe at BYOB in June.

What are you trying to say about Kyle? He is out there testing trails, and you call him a turkey.

At least you did warn him about hunters.

What a day of riding! Hope everybody made it home safe and dry. Probably the most versatile/eventful day of riding I've ever had.. this year's rendezvous is gonna be great.

I hope that builds your Rick's Rendezvous stoke level. Hopefully it will be a tad warmer when the time comes.

That twin looks a lot like the kawi 650 waiting to be put back together in my basement for this years RDV. 'cept mine didn't leave the cage.

OK, so I learned a few things yesterday: A route doesn't have to be long to be fun. Big bikes will go through my trail! When you bounce a GS onto a big rock the skid plate might not hold. The oil dumps fast out of the filter. I learned the best method to tow a big bike up and out of a trail. A GS will coast downhill through trails quite well.
All in all it was a great day yesterday! Thanks to Todd for getting me home to get my truck and trailer.
The best thing is having good friends to ride with!

Sounds like you had a great time :clap

Adventure is where you find it, looking at these pictures I am getting more and more tempted to leave the FJR at home and bring the KTM :ricky

Exactly, you can ride the pavement anywhere. This is what your KTM was born for. :thumb
