Nice photos and thanks for sharing. I rode my brand new 1975 Norton from Minnesota to Tecolutla and spent the winter there. I went to El Tajin a number of times and smoked a joint while watching those guys come down the pole - really an amazing sight. I had a room at the Posada de Guadalupe. Pleasant memories.
Another ride from Wolverine! I met Wolverine on his blue V-Strom on the way to Mazatlan Bike Week in 2008. There are so many interesting places to ride in Mexico. I have been 5 times in 3 years, gone as far as Guadalajara and 3 times to Copper Canyon. It's all been great experience!
When it's winter in US and Canada, you can still ride in Mexico, although you can get snowed on near Creel....
Get a passport and go!
Nice ride in a very interesting country.
