Just posted several new photos:
Hope you enjoy.
Great pictures, thanks for posting. Kind of cruel posting a bunch of pics like that, just before it gets too "weathery" to ride.
thanks Sarge keep up the good work I will get there yet.
Nice group of pix Mike. Thanks for posting.
Just posted a new ride report from last week. Rode the Burgman 650 scooter down the Brandonville Turnpike, Aurora Turnpike, Stemple Ridege Road, and Limestone Road south from Brandonville WV to St George WV. Nice quiet backroad through woods and old farm country.
I did not work much on the website last year since we moved and I was spending a great deal of time working on/around the house. This year will (hopefully) be different as I have several rides planned. Stay tuned.

That ain't new, I've been riding those roads for years.
Only my 3rd time, but the first time I had time to stop and take photos.
nice report. I'm still subscribed to this thread.
Nice report. I love the detail you always provide in your write-ups as they're very helpful for trip planning. I read through a number of your reports to help plan a trip I did out there recently. Your site is a great resource.
Thank you both. I've been planning a few ride reports for this summer. Not much riding the past few weeks - first I got hit by a SUV while I was running (lucky both of us were not going fast) then I broke a toe (maybe 2) running through the garage at night in my socks. Duhh.....
Feeling better now.
I knew running was BAD for your health!!!
Doesn't that fall under the "don't try this at home" scenarios?
The three most common last words of West Virginians before they die? It's a tie between:
"Hey, watch this!" and "Hold my beer."
I was trying to hurry and check that the garage door was locked during a commercial on TV.
LOL! Over the years, I've learned how to do a lot of things one handed...... getting hit by an SUV and running through the garage in the dark not included.
But on the serious side, hope your foot heals quickly. I broke a toe, actually nearly cut it off to where it had to be sewn back on, a number of years ago, and that was very painful. Get well, my friend.
I guess I won't be running through any campgrounds.
UPDATE: (First of many coming this summer!)
Just added a new diner to the Diner's and Food Page:
Down Home Diner - Kingwood WV - Old building was a Chevrolet dealership for many years.
I drive by it all the time.
Only thing I know about it is the majority of the patrons can't park very well.
How true! I took a photo when I first arrived, and there were cars parked along the whole front side of the building so it wasn't a good photo. When I left, it was clear and I could see all of the "NO PARKING" signs along the front.
