Thanks for posting Rad. Hope she is able to maintain the positive spirit she is showing in her posting of the accident and re-hab.

    Life can change soooo quickly.

    wow. amazing story.

I'm confused though about the car and bike in the slideshow.
How did she have before and after photos of both vehicles involved in the accident?

I can't believe that she actually survived that crash. It seemed terrible. I couldn't image the damage to the rider's body from a head-on crash like that. That she survived was luck or fate or whatever. I hope her rehab is going well.

I'm thinking she low sided and slid into the door. The bike hit the front of the car. Just a WAG.

My guess, given the damage to her and the bike, that she was still on the low sided bike when it collided with the front of the car, then she continued on for the collision with the door.

Damn. If it ever happens to me I only hope I can face it with half the courage, determination and positive attitude she has.
    Great work.

There is hope for mankind as long as there are people like this among us. I could only aspire to have an attitude like this brave young lady.

Wow, how a sotry spreads.....yep this is my missus, and yes she is amazing.

The shot of the car before is just a pic pulled off the web of a similar colour car, to show what they look like and then after they mess with her :rofl

yep she didn't hit the car front on, the bike has hit front on, and she has bounced off the side.

for anyone interested here is the next stage of our journey

I can't imagine the guts and determination that she must have. I hope one day there will be a way that she can ride a motorbike solo again. Nothing is impossible.
I can only hope that if something terrible happened to me or one of my friends that I would be able to find even a tenth of the courage that she has.
