    (1) Adding a 1gal Rotopax fuel container to extend fuel range. What are the planned distances for fuel stops.
    (2) Are there stops along the route to replenish food supplies or do we need to pack everything in?
    (3) When will the route be published so we can begin planning?

    Thanks!

That looks like a hell of a ride if one can find the time to do it in one outing. For those that know.....is it safe to assume that a 1200 GS is a poor choice to consider?
If done on a bike like an XR 650r i would think a valve check along the way would be necessary. What is the weapon of choice to enjoy a ride/terrain like this?

Trying to keep my mind occupied til June!

Xr650 needing a valve check? Maybe if you were riding it from Mexico for the event!

A good pal of mine gave me this Wolfman Expedition bag today. Just the ticket for our ride in June...a mere few months away!

I signed on thinking I would get the old 86xl in shape for the ride:deal
Decided that I HAVE to run the 1200gsa again :ricky
    It's a fuel tanker and a tow truck:rofl:freaky:evil
And, if I pack lighter, I can pack extra oil for anyone, (including me:huh) if we may need it :deal:lol3

Note to self...... Extend air intake snorkel higher up! I don't want to repeat trouble I had at the GS Trophy qualifier:cry:eek1:rofl

Hey Mike - I also was not able to look at the site even after installing Silverlight and restarting Firefox so I downloaded and installed Google Chrome and the map site loaded up nicely. You can get Chrome for Mac from here.

The annual family vacation, this year, is overlapping the RR by 3 days. Although from a conversation this weekend, it sounds like we may not be doing the vacation this year on account of a wedding.

    A glimmer of hope... :lol3
