The RR crew has been hard at work planning for RRXE18. We have something a little different in mind this time. Stay tuned for details!

Planning is well underway for the 2018 Roaming Rally, and here' what we're orking on:

For 2018 we have decided to go back to our roots a bit with an expedition theme, less technical terrain and more remote places with mandatory camping (due to remoteness).

There will be two Roaming Rallies which is new for 2018. One will be held in late May and will be a 3-4 day route in Ontario and Quebec. The second Roaming Rally we're working on will be 7-10 days in length and will cross the mountains of western Canada (the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia).

Final details will be finished in the next few weeks and will be available on the website. Space will be limited due to the logistics so register early if you intend to join us on one of these expeditions.

Bikes and trucks will both travel the same routes in 2018 which we are excited about.

Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

Does *less technical* mean shallower water crossings???

Is the May run doable in a stock 4x4 pick up truck?

We're working on the details now, we'll have more info in the next couple of weeks.

A gratuitous pic of warmer times, to help get us thru the cold winter!

I won't worry about water crossing, if it get much colder they could still be iced over.

Rally info will be posted on the GT website soon!

We are polishing up the rough draft now and it will be up on the website in the next few days...it will be worth the wait!

In the mean time, here's a pic of basecamp during warmer times when there's not 3 feet of snow on it! Man I hate winter!

    Is It May Yet?
