That ice racing is impressive stuff, but I was hoping they would run the Evo with studs against the R1.

Haven't been able to get back to Floriduh yet (waiting on new grandbaby to arrive), but might have to take up skiing again, since they just had 8 feet of new snow at Crystal Mt. (up the road 30 miles from Enumclaw where I am now):

Question regarding tilting a used bike.

Is it possible to switch the title over to my name, but not pay registration/taxes/etc... ? I know there is probably some title transfer fee, but can the rest be avoided? The bike is a dirtbike, and has a street title, but I do not want to register it - only want the title in my name in case of future sale and just so it is in my name. It will be used as a trail bike and will get an OHV tag, and that's it.

    Olas,

Yes you can title the bike only and not get plates and registration, however you will have to pay the taxes and title transfer fee.

Write up the Bill of Sale for $1. I did this when I transferred m.y old Durango to my wife. Think she had to pay around $70 to get new title and plates.

I forget how much it cost when I gave my Jeep to Jeanne....she sold her car and transferred the car plates over to the Jeep and paid a few bucks to transfer title. It wasn't much at all, I'll have to ask and see if she remembers.

You might get dinged the $25 per month non-registration fee if you tranfer the title without plating it.
The DMV is sneaky like that, so I would ask before doing the deed, so to speak.

On a completely different note..... I made this little guy as a Christmas present. I'm so proud of him that I just had to show him off!

    which one?

I've eaten at the one in Little 5 Points, when I flew out a few years ago to visit friends and see the James Gang.
    Cool place.

(I'm going to guess Zundapp on the 2nd bike)
