    Lol....

Well yeah- notice how "high" the terrain they are riding?

I knew where it was filmed, and watching them ride made me miss & appreciate "our back yard". And just so that I'm not misunderstood again, that would be the Rocky Mountains, USA.

Oh, I understand now, you meant to say 'our out back' rather than 'our back yard'.:D I would love to be riding right now in 'our back out'. So if we can figure out how to flip the season, that would be real good.

Scary, hope the rider survived. No ATTGAT can prepare for that.

Maybe, but in this situation it might just mean he would be floating on the surface when the SUV that got washed off the road lands on him :eek1

Hey, nice jacket! And cool dog, I wish mine was small enough to bring with me on some rides.

Jacket is bad ass. It has good karma too. My doG weighs 30 pounds, she barely fits.

Can anyone tell me if the Colorado annual shop and swap has anything of interest for Adv folks, or is it just for the Harley people? It's tomorrow and Sunday.

    Thanks

It is mostly curiser type stuff but I have found gems there. The people watching is also a lot of fun. A lot of walking and a lot to see. That said I don't think I am going this year, but it is a lot of fun. IMHO:

I went to an auction last Saturday for a guy who was reducing his car collection and pallet after pallet of misc parts and projects, mostly Model T Ford. I have thought for a while that having a T would be nice. SO---I went with almost no money just to see what things were going for. Found a T that had been made into a speedster, that was covered with trash kind of stuck in a dark recess of the huge barn the auction was being held in. Looking under the junk it seemed pretty good. Well I brought it home for $350 bucks. After I got all the trash off of it and power washed it I started feeling pretty good. Brand new tires, four extra running boards,What I could see of the head and intake gaskets looked new. Changed the oil, put in new plugs, cleaned up the wiring, put fuel in the tank and it started on 1/4 turn of the crank. Runs like a top! I definetly had some Rockies Regional Random Luck :D
