It appears that the "Incident Alert" for Route 39 has been removed from the VDOT map where the slide occurred several weeks ago. Should I assume the road is now open for traffic?

I'm hosting a rally out of Natural Bridge later in the week, and Route 39 is very much a part of several "suggested" ride routes. Any up front and personal update would be most appreciated.

    TIA
