Noah, man, you are in our thoughts as you prepare yourself and your bike for the next leg. After reading Colebatch's and other RR, it looks like you are in for a real treat (looking forward to hearing your take on the crossing of the famous Vitim Bridge :lol3)!

Will you be riding the Road of Bones to Magadan after the BAM?

    One to your health: :1drink

    Hey Noah,

Can't wait for the next set of photos and stories. Love reading your ride report.
I'm curious, I have a 690 Enduro R as well and I'm wondering which luggage setup you prefer.

The Giant Loop Great Basin with the Wolfman Luggage system

    or

What you are running now with the Giant Loop Siskiyou Panniers

I have the Rally Raid soft luggage rack and am about to pick up my soft luggage but would like to know the thoughts of a pro. :D

(If it helps I will be turning my 690 into an adventure bike, RR evo 2 kit, and pretty well everything else that will bolt on). :rofl

Sorry about the small response. Internet is well..

We are in Taksimo. It has been raining for 3 days. We have had some interesting water crossings, "bridge" crossings and 2 railroad bridges to get here. We tried to dry out as much as possible.. hopefully tomorrow the sun is out so the Vitam bridge is dry:huh

The BAM road is under there somewhere...

Wet wood.. on nobblies.. so fun! :deal
I'm not gunna lie.. we walked the bikes across these bridges. On a dry day maybe we would ride... maybe.

What is the crazy Spaniard record.

Well done Noah, I hope I get there some day and soon before the roads change too much.

That Spanish guy was great, love the bike as well.

I was told it would be too difficult to get a bike that size across Russia. I have a 690 getting ready to go.

the vid and Noahs journey ...

    inspired .........
